Pe.Pl CULT stands for People.Places. Complex Urban Landscape Transformations — we are an urban planning and architecture studio offering advisory and solutions on the topics of public space and built environment, mobility, urban health and well-being.
We believe that infrastructure and the built environment can and should have positive social and environmental "side-effects". Our work is focused on human needs and on the quality of user experience in urban spaces.
We want to create harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between us and our collaborators, between the natural environment and the built environment, between infrastructure and people. All this in order to achieve the primary objective - elevating citizens' quality of life and nurturing talent.

Each task requires an individual and holistic approach. We bring a group of full-fledged creatives and problem solvers in their own field for these projects.

Environmental degradation and biodiversity loss lay the foundation for our work throughout the planning, design, and communication processes.
